THE CAT BEHIND THE TICKER
Okay, who is this little guy?
Michi’s community website presents the cat as the infinite meme. Its gallery invites people into a growing world of cat remixes. The earliest original photograph and its ownership remain a research gap.
WHY THIS CAT STUCK
The face stays. Everyone changes the outfit.
Michi’s project site is built around a gallery, a meme generator and a 3D exhibition. The same cat becomes material for other people’s edits. Our read: the case depends on whether a broad group keeps making recognizable Michis, rather than a feed filled by one account.
