THE CAT BEHIND THE TICKER
Okay, who is this little guy?
Giko is a Japanese Shift-JIS art cat associated with early message-board culture. Know Your Meme documents competing 1998 and 1999 origin dates, distinguishing the drawing from its developing personality. The Solana GIKO token is much later and does not own that history.
