THE CAT BEHIND THE TICKER
Okay, who is this little guy?
Smudge is the white cat at the dinner table in Woman Yelling at a Cat. A June 2018 Tumblr photograph was later paired with a frame of Taylor Armstrong and Kyle Richards from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The two-image format spread in 2019. The WYAC project’s stated Taylor Armstrong connection does not settle the cat photograph’s rights.
WHY THIS CAT STUCK
Two unrelated images become a universal argument.
Smudge’s dinner-table expression works because it can answer almost any caption attached to the yelling frame.
