CATE’s mascot is a golden cat cast as Dogecoin’s little sister. The project tells her story in nine chapters; Cate Army, a holder-run site, documents a community takeover led by the trader PoorGoat. That takeover account comes from the community, not an independent history.

CATE already has more to inspect than a landing page: a holder-run archive, a meme kit and a wallet-free learning site linked by the project. The case for watching it is whether those contributions continue beyond one trader’s following.
